Profile: Power Automate Developer (PAD Developer)

Exp: 2 to 4 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Location: Navi Mumbai/Pune

Role & responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate for banking operations.
- Analyze business processes using Process Mining tools (Power Automate Process Mining / Power Platform Process Advisor) to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Build automation solutions for banking processes such as loan processing, KYC verification, compliance workflows, account management, and document approvals.
- Integrate Power Automate with core banking systems, SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Monitor and optimize automated processes to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Implement data security, access control, and governance practices aligned with banking regulations.




- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop documentation for automation workflows, process maps, and system integrations.
- Provide support and enhancements for existing automation solutions.

Required Skills:
- 24 years of experience in Power Automate development.
- Experience with workflow automation and RPA concepts.
- Knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Dataverse, Power BI).
- Experience with Process Mining tools or Process Advisor for analyzing workflows.
- Hands-on experience integrating systems using REST APIs, connectors, and web services.
- Experience working with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and SQL databases.
- Understanding of process optimization and automation frameworks.
