Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry to join our growing team. The candidate should possess strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules and have worked on end-to-end implementations, support, or enhancement projects within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP FICO modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting.
- Analyze business requirements and provide SAP FICO solutions aligned with Real Estate business processes.
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
- Integrate SAP FICO with other modules such as MM, SD, PS, and RE-FX.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents,



and process flows.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize financial processes and reporting.

Required Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in SAP FICO.
- Strong knowledge of:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders
- Banking & Electronic Bank Reconciliation
- Experience in integration with MM, SD, and Project Systems (PS).
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience working with Real Estate clients/projects is mandatory.
- Knowledge of SAP RE-FX (Versatile Real Estate Management) will be an added advantage.
