Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – Contracts to manage end-to-end contract administration, procurement coordination, vendor management, and commercial activities for real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer with 8–10 years of relevant experience in contracts and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contracting activities for construction and real estate projects.
- Prepare, review, and finalize tender documents, RFQs, BOQs, work orders, and contract agreements.
- Handle the complete tendering and bidding process, including vendor identification, bid evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
- Conduct technical and commercial comparisons of vendor and contractor quotations.
- Negotiate contract terms, rates, payment terms, timelines, and other commercial conditions with vendors and contractors.




- Prepare and issue work orders, purchase orders, and contract amendments.
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams for smooth contract execution.
- Monitor compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, timelines, and company policies.
- Manage contract variations, change orders, claims, and extensions.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to contracts, tenders, vendor quotations, and approvals.
- Support cost optimization and value engineering initiatives across projects.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with contractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving contractual and commercial disputes during project execution.
- Ensure timely closure of contracts and finalization of accounts.

- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
