Creative Lead – Video Production

Location- Hyderabad (In office)

Experience5 – 8 years in video production / creative content

Reports To - Head of Marcom, HKMCF & BWS

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end video production for HKMCF and BWS — from concept, scripting, and pre-production through to shoot, edit, and final delivery.

Lead, mentor, and manage a creative/production team, assigning ownership and reviewing output across projects.

Plan and execute mid-level productions independently, managing timelines, resources, and quality across multiple concurrent projects.

Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and treatment decks, and present these clearly to leadership and internal stakeholders.





Coordinate production logistics — locations, equipment, crew, and vendors/freelancers — for shoots across HKMCF and BWS.

Oversee post-production and edit workflows, ensuring consistent quality, pacing, and brand tone across all output.

Maintain and evolve visual and brand consistency across video and creative content for both organizations.

Manage project timelines and budgets, flagging risks and trade-offs early.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
