Job Description: Sales Executive

Position: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to drive sales of aluminium foil products (household foil, packaging foil, pharma foil, container foil, etc.) within an assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for retail/dealer visits, order generation, relationship building, and achieving daily/monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Generation
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (volume & value) as assigned
- Generate orders through regular market visits to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
- Identify and onboard new customers/retail outlets within the assigned territory
- Promote and push current product launches, schemes, and offers to the trade

Market Coverage & Beat Plan
- Follow the daily beat plan and ensure 100% market coverage as per assigned route
- Visit dealers/retailers/institutional customers on a scheduled basis




- Maintain and update a database of existing and prospective customers

Order Processing & Collections
- Take orders from retailers/dealers and coordinate with the back office/warehouse for timely delivery
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding dues
- Maintain accurate records of sales, orders, and collections

Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and distributors
- Address customer queries, complaints, and product-related issues promptly
- Ensure proper product display/visibility at retail counters

Market Feedback & Reporting
- Report on competitor activity, pricing, and new product launches in the market
- Share daily sales reports (DSR) and market feedback with the Sales Manager
- Track stock availability at dealer/distributor points and flag stock-out situations

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred)
