- Designed and executed comprehensive test cases for Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ applications to ensure high-quality releases.
- Performed functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce business processes and CPQ workflows.
- Validated Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes including product configuration, pricing, discounting, quote generation, approvals, and contract management.
