Social Media Executive

About the Role

Aasraa Trust is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and strengthen the digital presence of our Skill ability programs. The ideal candidate will have solid content creation, photography, videography, and social media management skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage social media platforms and digital presence for Skill-ability programs.

* Develop creative and engaging content for social media.

* Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.

* Capture and edit photographs and videos of programs, events, and activities.

* Create reels, posts, stories, and other digital content.

* Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.

* Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports/insights.

* Coordinate with program teams to collect relevant stories, updates, and content.





* Support digital initiatives aimed at improving brand visibility and outreach.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

* 2–5 years of relevant experience in social media management/content creation.

* Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.

* Strong photography and videography skills.

* Basic knowledge of photo/video editing and creative design tools.

* Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

* Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.

* Experience working with NGOs, social-impact organizations, or development-sector programs will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
