We are looking for an ambitious, visionary, and result-oriented Business Head to lead our business operations, build a high-performing team, drive revenue growth, and play a key role in shaping the future of our organisation.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience managing teams and leading business operations.
- Preferred age: 28–32 years.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.




- Any degree with relevant experience can apply; an MBA is preferred.
- Candidates from Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, Wealth Management, or EdTech industries will be given preference.
- Must be willing to relocate to Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
- Should possess a growth-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.

- Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the company's vision and long-term objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business expansion initiatives.
- Work closely with the leadership team to achieve organizational goals.

- Lead the recruitment process by identifying, interviewing, and selecting high-quality candidates.
