Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from understanding manpower requirements and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent candidate-sourcing abilities, good follow-up skills, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment
- Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer, and onboarding.
- Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
- Prepare and publish job descriptions and vacancy advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through:
- Naukri and other job portals
- LinkedIn and social media
- Employee referrals
- Recruitment agencies
- Professional networks
- Direct sourcing




- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and cadidate assessments.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate salary discussions and offer negotiations within approved company guidelines.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documents.
- Maintain an updated recruitment tracker / ATS with candidate status and recruitment progress.
- Maintain a database of shortlisted, interviewed, selected, rejected, and joined candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
