Role Purpose

The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and handling shopfloor manpower effectively. The role requires robust knowledge of 5S, GMP practices, process improvement, and daily production coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and improve manufacturing processes for better productivity and quality.
- Implement and sustain 5S activities across the production area.
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
- Handle shopfloor manpower planning, allocation, and discipline management.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams.
- Analyze production losses and implement corrective actions.
- Improve machine utilization and reduce downtime.




- Maintain production reports, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Ensure safety practices are followed on the shopfloor.
- Train operators and technicians on process and quality standards.
- Participate in audits and ensure audit readiness.
