Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee and drive business growth for IndusInd General Insurance in Mumbai through effective sales planning, channel management, and customer acquisition. This full-time,



on-site role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing and mentoring a sales team, and building solid relationships with intermediaries, corporate clients, and distribution partners. The Sales Manager will monitor sales performance, analyse market trends, and prepare regular reports and forecasts to support decision-making. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, collaborating with marketing and product teams to support campaigns, and delivering high-quality service and support to customers. The role calls for proactive field engagement, continuous pipeline development, and achievement of assigned sales targets.
