Pragathi Swagruha Foods – Outlet Staff Responsibilities & Working Conditions The employee will be responsible for independently managing and maintaining one of the **Pragathi Swagruha Foods outlets**. **Working Hours:** There are two shift options: 1. **9:00 AM – 9:00 PM** – Lunch will be provided. 2. **9:00 AM – 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM – 9:00 PM** – The outlet can remain closed from **2:30 PM to 4:30 PM**, allowing the employee to take a break and rest. *The salary will vary depending on the selected working schedule.* ### Daily Responsibilities * Keep the outlet clean, hygienic, and well-maintained at all times. * Check the daily stock and inform the concerned person about items that need to be replenished. * Attend to customers politely and provide good customer service. * Pack sweets, snacks, and other products properly for customers. * Handle the **online billing system** and ensure that all sales are recorded correctly. * Immediately report any emergency,
