Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up with interested customers.
- Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls,



leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead closure.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Solid customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
