Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily production activities. Allocate work to operators and production workers. Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved. Check machines, equipment, and production processes for proper operation. Maintain product quality according to company standards. Identify and resolve production problems and machine/process issues. Monitor raw-material availability and coordinate with stores/maintenance teams. Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation. Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company policies.

Typical Qualifications Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. Freshers may be considered for trainee/junior supervisor roles; experienced candidates may be preferred for supervisory positions. Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, machines, quality control, and workplace safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
