Required Skills and Qualifications
- Software Proficiency: Strong command of tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or alternative platforms like Figma and Canva.
- Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and production methods for web and print.
- Communication: Ability to pitch design concepts, explain creative rationale,



and accept constructive feedback.
- Education: A degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field, backed by a strong qualified portfolio
