We are looking for a result-oriented BDE / Senior BDE to drive business growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue generation. The candidate will independently manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closure, and client relationship management.

Role & responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and market research.
- Prospect and connect with potential B2B clients and decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Conduct meetings, product/service presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate with clients and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and regular follow-ups through CRM.




- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve individual revenue, conversion, and business development targets.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently handle the sales process.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Positive understanding of lead generation and client acquisition.
- Comfortable with field meetings/client visits when required.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi would be an advantage.
