Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and motivated Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to join our team. The CRO will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person interactions.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, payments, and service requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records.
- Make regular follow-up calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Support sales and business development activities when required.




- Achieve assigned customer service, retention, and sales targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the customer journey.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, sales, or a related field.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude with a positive approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to achieve targets and handle customer follow-ups.
