About the Role

Aglow is looking for a energetic, customer-focused and commercially driven Outlet Manager to take complete responsibility for the day-to-day operations, sales, team management and customer experience of the outlet.

The Outlet Manager will act as the single point of responsibility for outlet performance, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining Aglow’s premium standards across Skin, Beauty & Wellness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outlet Operations

* Manage the complete day-to-day functioning of the outlet.

* Ensure the outlet opens and closes according to schedule.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, ambience and professional standards.

* Ensure all treatment rooms, reception and service areas are operational.

* Monitor equipment, consumables and inventory.





* Coordinate maintenance and resolve operational issues promptly.

* Ensure all SOPs and company policies are followed.

2. Sales & Revenue

* Take ownership of monthly and daily outlet revenue targets.

* Monitor enquiries, consultations, conversions and service sales.

* Drive membership, treatment package and product sales.

* Track daily sales performance and identify gaps.

* Conduct daily sales reviews with the team.

* Develop local sales initiatives in coordination with management.

* Ensure proper follow-up of leads and existing clients.

* Encourage repeat visits and client retention.

3. Team Management

* Manage therapists, beauty professionals, front-office staff and support staff.

* Prepare and monitor staff schedules and rosters.

* Conduct daily team briefings.

* Allocate responsibilities based on business requirements.

* Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming and discipline.
