Role & responsibilities
- Lead high-impact strategy consulting engagements across corporate strategy, growth strategy, market entry, competitive strategy, and business transformation.
- Work closely with CXOs and senior leadership to define strategic priorities, evaluate business opportunities, and solve complex business problems.
- Conduct market sizing, industry research, competitor analysis, customer analysis, and strategic assessments.
- Develop business cases, financial models, strategic frameworks, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
- Translate complex quantitative and qualitative analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for senior management.
- Own project delivery from problem definition through analysis, recommendation, and implementation.
- Lead and mentor teams of consultants and analysts, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
- Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations, project governance, risks, and senior-level communications.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimization, portfolio expansion, M&A;,



and operational improvement.
- Support business development through proposal development, RFP responses, client pitches, and account expansion.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and facilitate strategic workshops with leadership teams.
- Contribute to consulting methodologies, thought leadership, knowledge development, and internal capability building.

Preferred candidate profile
- 8 to 13 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, business transformation, or a closely related field.
- Robust experience in corporate strategy, growth strategy, market assessment, business transformation, or strategic planning.
- Proven ability to independently lead complex, high-value consulting engagements and manage multiple workstreams.
