Objective of the Role

The primary objective of the role is to provide end-to-end sales support to the sales and key account teams by ensuring effective order processing, customer coordination, quotation management, tender documentation, sales reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The role is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, improving sales process efficiency,



and supporting revenue growth through accurate and timely execution of sales support activities.

Job Responsibility :
- Sales Coordination & Order Management
- Prepare and process quotations, price offers, and sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate order booking, order execution, and delivery follow-up.
- Track order status and ensure timely communication with customers and the sales team.
- Support achievement of sales targets through effective backend coordination.
- Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and documentation.
