Location : Base Location Chennai

Candidate must have exp in COCO and FOFO

Base location would be Chennai and taking care of Tamil Nadu and Kerala

1. Drive business growth within the assigned territory by increasing market share through existing stores, recent store expansion, and alternative sales channels.

2. Achieve defined monthly and annual sales targets for the territory.

3. Oversee retail operations of existing COCO (Company-Owned Company-Operated) and FOFO (Franchise-Owned Franchise-Operated) stores.

4. Identify, appoint, and onboard new franchisees for Nilkamal Homes, ensuring timely store launches as per business plans.

5. Identify and finalize strategic locations for new COCO stores and ensure timely execution of store openings.

6. Ensure effective implementation and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)



across both COCO and FOFO stores.

7. Monitor product-wise performance, provide actionable feedback to the merchandising team, and implement display improvements as required.

8. Maintain consistency and compliance in visual merchandising standards across all store formats.

9. Recruit, train, and develop staff for COCO stores while supporting staffing and training needs of FOFO stores.

10. Ensure high standards of customer service are consistently maintained across all store formats.

11. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute BTL (Below-the-Line) activities and provide feedback on ATL (Above-the-Line) initiatives within the region.

12. Manage order processes and ensure timely collections from FOFO partners.

13. Ensure successful audit compliance in COCO stores in line with SOP requirements.

14. Track and report competitor activities, including product launches, promotions, and expansion plans, and share insights
