Role & responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on Credit Processing Officer concepts and processes.
- Conduct trainee assessments and monitor learning progress.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and session reports.
- Provide guidance on banking operations, credit processing, and industry best practices.
- Support trainees in skill development, interview preparation, and placement readiness.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline with relevant BFSI industry experience.
- 4-5 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) or Retail Asset Management.
- Minimum 2 years of training experience in the BFSI domain.
- Solid communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and training documentation.
