Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Supervise daily operations of SOT, ensuring 24/7 coverage and maximum uptime of tracking systems.
- Train, mentor and evaluate the performance of SOT team members and establish transparent KPIs for the control room staff.
- Define, implement and update SOPs related to SOT functions, reporting, escalations, etc.,

2. Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze historical and real-time GPS, Deployment and Maintenance data and prepare MIS reports tailored at various levels.
- Prepare high-level dashboard, MIS reports along with key summary for the Corporate Leadership team.




- Contribute towards implementation and effective utilization of Corporate Operations dashboard encompassing all verticals of the Business.
- Manage and transform raw operational data into Smart city technologies like GIS/GPS, CCTV, IoT, etc., into Insights enabling strategic decisions.

3. Safety and Workplace Monitoring:
- Ensure continuous monitoring of operational sites through CCTV system and reporting of concerns related to safety, 5S and housekeeping.
- Ensure periodic site visits by SOT team for performing 5S audit and contribute to Integrated CMV scoring.
- Work on continuous improvement to enhance analytics of CCTV system and automation of surveillance systems.
