Role & responsibilities
- Manage site production, dispatch and supply planning to achieve OTIF targets.
- Prepare and circulate rolling dispatch and manufacturing plans.
- Drive end-to-end MRP and material planning for commercial products, lifecycle projects and new launches.
- Ensure timely availability of API, RM and PM to avoid production downtime.
- Monitor inventory levels, slow/non-moving inventory and material requirements.
- Coordinate with Tech Ops, Project Management and cross-functional teams for new product launches and site transfers.
- Identify and escalate delivery, material and production constraints and drive timely resolution.
- Analyze production/inventory data and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Prepare MIS, KPI and performance reports for production and dispatch.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, ISO 14001 and 5S requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
