*Senior MICE Manager*

1. Role: Senior MICE Manager Sales & Marketing, Treat Hotels & Resorts, Mumbai.
2. Primary Goal: Drive MICE revenue, profitability, client satisfaction, and repeat business across corporate events and group segments.
3. End-to-End MICE: Handle the complete MICE cycle from enquiry, proposal, costing, negotiation, and contracting to event execution and settlement.
4. Event Segments: Manage meetings, conferences, incentives, exhibitions, corporate events, group movements, and large-scale events.
5. Client Requirements: Understand requirements for rooms, meeting spaces, F&B;, activities, transportation, entertainment, branding, and event setups.
6. Proposals & Costing: Prepare customized MICE proposals, quotations, packages, detailed costing, inclusions/exclusions, and commercial offers.
7. Conversion & Negotiation: Follow up with clients/agencies, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
8. Event Planning: Prepare function schedules, rooming lists, meal plans, meeting agendas, timelines, and detailed event requirements.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with Operations, Banquets, F&B;, Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Revenue, Finance, Engineering, and other teams.
10. On-Ground Execution: Act as the primary client contact during events, managing arrivals, departures, rooms, meetings, meals, transfers, activities, VIPs, and last-minute changes.
11. Corporate & Agency Relationships: Build robust relationships with corporate clients, MICE agencies, PCOs, DMCs, event companies, and travel partners.
12. Revenue Management: Monitor room, banquet, meeting-space, F&B;, and event revenue, while driving upselling/cross-selling and maintaining profitability.
13. Vendor & Group Management: Coordinate AV, dcor, transportation, entertainment, production, branding, room blocks, rooming lists, VIP arrangements, and vendor execution.
14. Business Development & Reporting: Generate new MICE business through market
