Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day repair and maintenance work of civil structures and facilities
- Inspect buildings and identify maintenance issues, damages, or safety risks
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and vendors for timely completion of work
- Monitor material usage and maintain inventory for maintenance supplies
- Ensure all work is completed within budget and timelines
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and prepare reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Respond promptly to emergency repair situations

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ITI
- 2–3 years of experience in repair and maintenance work




- Solid knowledge of civil maintenance, construction, and repair techniques
- Good supervisory and team management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide quick solutions
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and cost control
- Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in facility management or building maintenance
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
