Assistant – Taxation

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare and maintain monthly TDS workings for all branches.
2. Perform quarterly TDS reconciliation with Form 26AS and coordinate with concerned officers/customers to ensure proper TDS credit is reflected in the 26AS statement.
3. Record and maintain monthly TDS entries in Tally and SAP for all branches.
4. Prepare necessary supporting workings and documentation for Income Tax notices and assessment-related matters.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and follow up with concerned officers to ensure timely updating of sales turnover data.
6. Handle other taxation-related activities as assigned by management.
7. Verify the PAN–Aadhaar linking status of new vendors during the SAP vendor registration process.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of TDS and Income Tax compliance
- Working knowledge of Form 26AS reconciliation
- Knowledge of Tally and SAP
- Positive coordination and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and documentation skills
