Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience and be capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.

Preferred Skills
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn,



and other hiring platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Requirements
- MBA completed.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Experience in volume hiring will be an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
