About Kimon

Kimon is a UK company with a delivery team in India. We run two things side by side.

Kimon Services is the business that pays the bills. We build and run managed teams for UK clients, handle Employer of Record work, and increasingly wrap AI and automation around client operations.

The Kimon platforms are eight B2B SaaS products, all built in house:
- Kimon Bids, bid and tender management. Live, with paying customers.
- Kimon Recruit, applicant tracking with AI generated skills testing.
- Kimon Projects, project management for SMEs.
- Kimon Time, time tracking and workforce analytics.
- Kimon Comply, compliance management across 14 domains.
- Kimon Desk, AI native helpdesk.
- Kimon Teams, pre built AI agents with enforced human quality control.
- Kimon Send, low cost email marketing on the customer's own Amazon SES.

We are building a short form video engine as our main organic channel. This is the seat that produces the videos.

The role

We publish 100 shorts a week, each 30 to 40 seconds, cut from long-form recordings: founder talks, product walkthroughs,



client conversations, webinars and podcasts.

That is roughly 20 finished videos a working day. Nobody hits that number by editing each one from scratch. You hit it by building templates, presets, keyboard-driven workflows and AI tooling, then feeding raw footage through them. If your instinct on reading that number is "I need a system", you are the person we want. If your instinct is "that is impossible", this is not the job.

You will work directly with a Growth Marketer who tells you which hooks, topics, and formats are winning, and with the person recording the source footage. You cut, they publish, the data comes back, you both adjust.

What you'll own
- Footage assembly. Organising hours of raw video, syncing multi-camera angles, and aligning separate audio tracks.
- Pacing and storytelling. Cutting out mistakes, awkward pauses and dead air so every second earns its place. In a 30-second vide
