Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with leads and clients through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to the internal team
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service details with leads
- Follow up with prospects and assist in converting leads into clients
- Manage client communication after onboarding and ensure smooth coordination
- Track client requirements, feedback, and project updates
- Maintain strong and professional client relationships
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Good understanding of digital marketing services
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple clients
- Prior experience in client servicing in a digital marketing agency is preferred
