Role Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound US/UK customer calls and provide customer support related to e-commerce, orders, and products.

• Resolve International customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.

• Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.

• Update customer interactions and details in the system.

• Follow company communication guidelines and processes.





• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Fresher to 2 years of experience in Customer Service in an International Process.

• Excellent English communication skills required - C1.

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts & rotational week-offs.

Additional Information:

• Immediate joiners preferred by
31th August.

• Cab/Transport facility available as per the company's hiring zone.
