Job Summary

We are looking for a Software Coordinator to manage and coordinate software-related activities across the organization. The role will be responsible for software updates, software control, data inputs, hardware coordination, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT systems used by various departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage software updates, installations, and upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain software applications used across different departments.
- Ensure proper software control, access, and usage as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers for technical support and issue resolution.
- Manage and verify data inputs into various software systems.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of system data.
- Maintain proper records of software licenses, versions, updates, and user access.




- Coordinate hardware requirements, installation, maintenance, and replacement.
- Maintain records of company hardware such as computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor hardware issues and coordinate with service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Support users in resolving basic software and hardware-related issues.
- Coordinate with different departments to understand their software and system requirements.
- Ensure proper data backup and system security practices are followed.
- Prepare regular reports related to software, hardware, users, and system status.
- Maintain proper documentation of IT assets, software, licenses, and service activities.
- Ensure that software and hardware are functioning effectively to support day-to-day operations.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of software management and system coordination.
- Basic knowledge of hardware and IT infrastructure.
