What You'll Do:
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and operational improvement of solutions using GCP, Devops, Terraform.
- Provide hands-on technical direction, conduct reviews, and ensure delivery quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Plan and coordinate technical activities, remove delivery blockers, and support timely completion of commitments.
- Mentor team members and promote engineering standards, automation, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve service reliability and delivery outcomes.

Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong hands-on experience with GCP, Devops, Terraform and the ability to apply these skills in enterprise delivery environments.
- Experience leading technical delivery,



reviewing solutions, and guiding team members through complex implementation challenges.
- Sound understanding of software or infrastructure lifecycle practices, security, performance, monitoring, and operational support.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, ownership, stakeholder management, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across engineering, quality, security, cloud, and operations teams.
