The role involves managing loan collection operations, supervising the collection team, monitoring customer payment follow-ups, and achieving branch collection targets. The ideal candidate should have strong collection experience with proven team-handling capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the collection team and daily activities
- Monitor customer payment follow-ups and collection performance
- Handle overdue cases and ensure timely resolution of pending accounts
- Allocate cases to team members and track individual performance
- Conduct regular field and team performance reviews
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly collection MIS
- Guide and motivate team members to achieve collection targets
- Handle customer escalations and coordinate with internal departments
- Ensure proper follow-up and adherence to company collection processes

Requirements:
- Experience: 3–4 Years in Loan Collection / NBFC / Banking
- Team Handling Experience: Minimum 1–2 Years




- Robust knowledge of collection processes and bucket management
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and collection MIS

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month *(Depends on interview performance and experience)*
