About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning:
Assist in project planning, execution, and progress tracking.
- Task Management:
Break goals into tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor deadlines.
- Team Coordination:
Coordinate with departments, conduct team check-ins, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain project documentation, timelines, progress reports, and communicate project updates to management.
- Problem Solving:
Identify project roadblocks, support timely resolutions,
and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
- Leadership:
Promote accountability, transparency, and ownership across project teams.
Required Skills
- Solid leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities.

Google Workspace

Microsoft Office

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Educational Qualification
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a
Bachelor's
degree in
Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science,
or a related field.
