We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries and complaints, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, chats, WhatsApp, and other support channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with Store, Operations, Delivery, and Control Tower teams to resolve customer issues.
- Track and follow up on open complaints until closure.
- Handle issues related to orders, delays, cancellations, refunds, payments, missing items, and delivery concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Identify recurring customer issues and highlight them to the concerned team.
- Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and within defined TATs.




- Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow company SOPs and customer-service guidelines.
- Maintain a customer-first approach while balancing company policies and operational constraints.
- Prepare basic reports on customer complaints, resolutions, and pending issues.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, Operations, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; Telugu will be an added advantage.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional while handling difficult customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and rotational shifts.
