What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Designing and developing responsive WordPress websites
- Creating websites using
Elementor / Elementor Pro
- Customizing WordPress themes and plugins
- Building landing pages and lead-generation pages
- Converting Figma/design references into functional web pages
- Managing website layouts, navigation, forms and integrations
- Fixing WordPress bugs and frontend issues
- Website speed and performance optimization
- Basic SEO implementation and website structure optimization
- Mobile and tablet responsiveness
- Website backups, migrations and maintenance
- Domain, hosting and SSL configuration
- Managing multiple client websites simultaneously
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on WordPress development experience — mandatory
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and Elementor
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS
- Basic working knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with responsive website development
- Ability to customize existing themes rather than depending entirely on templates
- Understanding of plugins, forms and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with WooCommerce will be an advantage
- Understanding of hosting, cPanel, DNS, SSL and website migration
- Basic knowledge of website speed optimization
- Strong attention to design accuracy and detail
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently
- Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines in an agency environment
Bonus If You Have
- Experience with WooCommerce websites
- Basic PHP knowledge
- Figma-to-WordPress development experience
- Knowledge of technical/on-page SEO
