We are looking for an experienced Production & Planning Control (PPC) Officer to own production scheduling, capacity planning and daily output tracking. This is a hands-on, numbers-driven role: the right candidate will convert order/production targets into a working plan, track actuals against plan every day, flag variances early, and keep management informed through clear, well-built Excel/ERP reports. Strong Advanced Excel skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the daily/weekly/monthly production plan against sales orders and capacity, and update it as priorities change.
- Track daily production output, machine/line utilisation and yield against plan; investigate and report variances.
- Maintain production and dispatch MIS reports in Excel
- Liaise with shop-floor supervisors to resolve bottlenecks, re-sequence jobs and protect delivery commitments.
- Support weekly and month-end and management review reporting with accurate production, inventory and efficiency data.




- Maintain data accuracy and discipline in the ERP/production tracking system.

Required Skills & Experience
- 7-12 years of experience in production planning & control, manufacturing MIS, preferably in a factory/plant environment.
- Advanced Excel skills are mandatory — pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, conditional formatting, macros/automation.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with production numbers under deadline pressure.
- Explicit communicator, able to coordinate across production, stores, quality and management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
