Team Overview:

As a Senior Field Applications Engineer at Impinj, you will serve as the primary field-deployed technical liaison between Impinj and our global ecosystem partners, channel partners, and end-user customers. This role works closely with our India sales lead, including traveling to customer sites to provide on-site support and answer technical questions from customers. Combining deep RF and RAIN RFID technical expertise with strong customer-facing skills,



you'll drive pre-sales enablement, product industrialization, and post-sales support across India. India is a growing market for RAIN RFID, especially with its push into digitization. We hope you'll join us to help lead this transformation and become part of Impinj's exciting journey

What you will do:
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for end-user customers, channel partners, and complementary technology partners
- Support pre-sales efforts by aligning the technical advantages of Impinj products to customer requirements, including writing proposals and delivering technical presentations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex field issues through structured root cause analysis
- Develop and implement solution strategies that address significant business challenges for customers who can benefit from item intelligence using Impinj's RAIN RFID solutions
