3. To conduct awareness training.
4. To maintain the quality records regarding development activities.
5. To participate MRM.
6. Monitoring of monthly KPI with action plan.
7. To ensure 5S, Kaizen & standardization related to current component development.
8. To coordinate PPAP&APQP; activity with Customer.
9. To conduct CFT for PFMEA, Feasibility& OCR review.
10. To oversee strategy for both product and process definition’s and implementation.
11.
To review project progress and overview of the performance of all individuals in team.
12. Risk register reviewed & action Conducted for Risk Identified to Planned.
