Job Description

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage and support the day-to-day IT operations of our office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining our IT systems, providing technical support to employees, and ensuring the smooth functioning of computers, networks, software, and other IT infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the office’s computers, systems, network, and IT equipment.
- Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, update, and maintain software and applications.
- Monitor internet and network connectivity and troubleshoot issues when required.
- Maintain data backup and basic IT security.
- Manage IT assets and maintain necessary records.




- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
- Assist employees with day-to-day IT-related issues and requirements.
- Ensure the smooth and uninterrupted functioning of IT systems.
- Handle other IT-related tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT or a similar role.
- Valuable knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
