We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, bank reconciliations, and MIS reporting. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts.

Handle bank reconciliations, cash transactions, and journal entries.

Prepare and review Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and financial statements.

Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor reconciliations.

Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial analysis reports for management.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Monitor project-wise expenses, revenues, and profitability.

Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.

Handle inter-company and inter-branch reconciliations.





Prepare cash flow statements and fund requirement reports.

Support finalization of accounts and annual audits.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, GST, and TDS.

Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, MIS Reporting).

Experience with ERP/Tally/SAP or other accounting software.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Solid communication and coordination abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Preferred)

4 to 6 years of relevant accounting experience.

Preferred Industry:

Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure / Corporate Accounts

As per company standards and candidate experience.

Experience in Real Estate/Construction industry preferred.
