Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in architecting, designing, and implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB, Event Management, and ITOM integrations in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Solid understanding of CMDB architecture, Configuration Item (CI) lifecycle management, CI relationships, data governance, and CMDB best practices.
- Experience with MID Server installation, configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Proven hands-on experience integrating third-party tools and platforms with the ServiceNow CMDB, including discovery tools, monitoring solutions, cloud platforms, asset management systems, and security tools to improve CMDB accuracy, data integrity, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Strong expertise in Service Graph Connectors and CMDB data ingestion frameworks, ensuring reliable integration, reconciliation, and governance of Configuration Item (CI)



data across multiple enterprise systems.
- Extensive experience designing, developing, and supporting integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and custom spokes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and their integration with ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.
- Familiarity with Automated Test Framework (ATF), ServiceNow release management, and instance administration.
- Extensive experience leading and delivering ServiceNow ITOM programs in Agile/Scrum environments, partnering with cross-functional teams across infrastructure, security, cloud, and network.
