- Job Title: Associate Manager
- Grade: 2B
- Function: Order to Cash (O2C) Operations
- Experience: 58 years in O2C / Accounts Receivable / Collections
- Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST
- Location: Bangalore
- Work Mode: Remote
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
- Office Visit: Quarterly; travel expenses to be borne by the employee

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end O2C activities, including credit checks, invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
- Manage AR aging and drive timely collections to meet business targets.
- Review credit limits and support credit risk assessments.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Ensure accurate application of customer payments and timely clearing of unapplied cash.
- Guide and mentor O2C team members to achieve performance targets.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and handle escalations effectively.
- Maintain robust customer relationships and support issue resolution.




- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end O2C close activities.
- Prepare and review O2C performance metrics, including DSO, aging, and collection efficiency.
- Provide root cause analysis and insights on delays, disputes, and variances.
- Prepare and support regular MIS reports and management dashboards.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Collections.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
