Role & responsibilities
- Handle fiber optic infrastructure installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and troubleshoot active and passive networking devices.
- Perform cable and network maintenance and resolve connectivity issues.
- Provide technical support for IT/Telecom projects.
- Identify and resolve hardware, network, and communication issues.
- Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and concerned departments.
- Maintain technical reports, documentation, and service records.
- Ensure proper network performance and timely issue resolution.

Preferred candidate profile
- B.E./B.Tech in E&C;, E&TC;, Electrical, Computer, or IT.
- 3+ years of experience in Telecom/IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of Fiber Optics and Networking.
- Hands-on experience in cable/network maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
- First Class from a reputed Institute/University preferred.
- Male candidates preferred.
