Role Description
The Senior Sales Executive will work in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Vadodara, with the flexibility to perform some responsibilities from home. This role includes identifying and qualifying leads, managing a sales pipeline, and converting prospects into long-term clients across AB Horizon Group’s service lines.



The Senior Sales Executive will conduct client meetings and presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals in alignment with company goals. Daily activities involve collaborating with internal teams to understand service offerings, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to refine sales strategies. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales documentation, reporting performance metrics to leadership, and nurturing existing client relationships to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications
- Solid experience in B2B sales, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
