Responsible for maintaining the Stores & Warehouse and to facilitate development and implementation of good stratergy to support Organisation growth plan.

Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions
- Oversee and actively participate in daily warehouse operations while ensuring strict compliance with company policies, vision, and safety guidelines.
- Devise and employ fruitful material sourcing strategies to meet operational requirements.
- Design layouts, optimize space utilization, and recommend tool/equipment modifications to enhance workflow productivity.
- Organize, maintain, and secure all inventory storage areas using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices to ensure proper stock rotation.
- Manage the receipt, identification, quality assurance, and dispersal of all materials entering or leaving the warehouse.
- Assist storekeepers directly with daily material handling, loading, assembly, and dispatch tasks.
- Conduct physical periodic inventory audits and participate in monthly reconciliations to resolve stock differences.
- Execute Just-In-Time (JIT) inventory planning to maintain minimal stock levels and optimize inventory turnover.
