We're looking for analytics qualified to lead data-driven initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and financial performance across our US healthcare operations

Skills & Experience: 12+ years ( Overall exp into US Healthcare - RCM )
- Oversee analytics for the full revenue cycle: patient access, billing, coding, and collections.
- Drive performance improvement through data insights and process optimization.
- Collaborate with leadership across finance, operations, and compliance.
- Develop and manage dashboards tracking KPIs like A/R days, denial rates, and net collections.
- Ensure adherence to US healthcare regulations and payer policies.

Specialization




- Proven experience in US healthcare revenue cycle management AR follow up Hospital and Physician.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Expertise in Excel and SQL.
- Deep understanding of payer reimbursement, coding standards, and compliance.

** Need atleast 3 yrs On paper as Assisstant Manager into Business Analytics or 1 yr on paper as Manager into Business Analytics (US Healthcare - RCM ) **

Shifts : Night shifts

Transportation : 2 Way Cab

Ctc : 13.5 Lpa

Notice Period : Immediate Joiner

Qualification : Graduation is mandate

Location : Hyd ( WFO )
