Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The candidate should have solid practical knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, MS Excel, GST, bank reconciliation, ledger posting and accounting entries.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime/ERP.
- Handle sales and purchase accounting entries.
- Prepare and record payment and receipt entries.
- Maintain journal, ledger and cash/bank entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Verify and record invoices, bills and expenses.
- Maintain proper books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Assist in GST-related accounting and documentation.
- Prepare monthly accounting reports and MIS.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers accurately.
- Check accounting discrepancies and rectify incorrect entries.
- Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related documentation.




- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of financial statements.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Perform other accounting activities as assigned by the management.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters and formulas.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and journal entries.
- Knowledge of GST and basic statutory compliance.
- Experience in bank and ledger reconciliation.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Experience in Pharma/Manufacturing/Distribution industry will be preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
