ROLE PURPOSE

The MIS Analyst will be responsible for managing, analysing, and reporting sales and CRM data to support business decision-making. The role requires robust experience in Sell.Do CRM, real estate sales processes, lead management, funnel analysis, and MIS reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain sales, leads, customer, and CRM data using Sell.Do CRM.
- Extract, analyse, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor the complete lead lifecycle—from lead generation to site visit, booking, and closure.
- Prepare reports on lead sources, lead allocation, follow-up status, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Analyse sales funnels and identify lead leakage, ageing leads, and conversion gaps.
- Monitor CRM data accuracy and ensure proper data hygiene across the system.
- Prepare management dashboards and reports for Sales and Marketing teams.
- Track team performance, including calls, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and conversions.




- Analyse campaign and source-wise lead performance in coordination with the Marketing team.
- Identify duplicate, inactive, unqualified, and stale leads and ensure necessary action is taken.
- Support management with data-driven insights for improving sales and operational performance.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, and Marketing teams for accurate reporting.
- Ensure timely submission of all scheduled MIS reports.

KEY SKILLS
- Strong hands-on experience in Sell.Do CRM.
- Excellent knowledge of real estate sales and lead management processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts, and dashboards.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Knowledge of CRM reports, sales funnel analysis, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to identify data discrepancies and maintain data accuracy.
